Water dripping from the indoor unit almost always means the drainage path is blocked, not that the aircon is broken.
Usual causes
- 1A drain pipe closed up by years of sludge
- 2A drainage tray packed with dirt and mould
Check this first
Water dripping outside is normal. Water anywhere inside the room is not, and it will not clear on its own. Switch the unit off so it does not soak the wall.
What fixes it
The pipe is vacuumed clear and the tray cleaned out. That is part of a general service.

Questions people ask us.
How do I know if my aircon needs servicing or repair?
If it still cools but not as well as it did, or it has been more than three months, it needs a service. If it is leaking water, making a new noise, blinking a light or not cooling at all, that is a repair. If you are not sure, tell us the symptom and we will say which one it is before we come.
Do you charge extra for weekends or public holidays?
No. The price is the same seven days a week, and we are open 8am to midnight every day including public holidays.
Do you cover my area?
Anywhere in Singapore, with no travel charge. We are based in Woodlands, so the north and north-west usually have the earliest slots, but we work island-wide every day.
Can you come today?
We offer same-day servicing, subject to team availability. If it is urgent, like a leak or a unit that has stopped altogether, tell us and we will try to fit you in. Otherwise we book the next available slot, usually the following day.
Do you service commercial premises?
Yes: offices, shops and F&B, including ceiling cassettes. Commercial jobs are quoted per site rather than off the residential price list, because unit types and access vary too much for a flat rate to be honest.
What happens if something goes wrong after you leave?
Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something we worked on fails within that time because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at no charge.
